Most ball crushers crush in one axis, that is one direction. This one crushes in two directions.
Simply clamp the scrotum between the two clamshells - narrow opening closer to the body. Pull the scrotum down through the opening as you tighten the clamshell. Some pinching will occur. Once the clamshell is tightened, put the curved piston on the bolts and tighten it as desired with the fine thumbnuts.
Available in two sizes. The small fits average anatomy between 20×40mm to 40×70mm. The large size fits up to 60×90mm.
