These plastic bondage cuffs are rigid and very strong and durable. The inner ring rotates and a carriage bolt and whirl nut lock the rotating part in place to prevent escape. The opening for the entrance is just over 2" and the overall diameter on the inside is about 2.5". Measure at the widest part of the wrist. I can also make these in smaller custom sizes as well, just send a note.
